Everyone told us we were crazy to even think about building a new house while we were still living in Europe, but after meeting Dean we knew everything would be fine. From the first meeting, when Dean spent two hours going through house layouts until he found one and modified it to have everything we wanted, we knew he was the perfect builder for us. Knowing our time in the USA was very limited, Dean spent an entire day and night helping us plan our dream house, giving us much advice and tips due to his years of experience. We were able to do in one eight hour marathon session what most people do over the course of several weeks or months. It was truly an example of “extreme house planning”. Even though we could not be here for any of the actual construction, Dean’s attention to detail and his commitment to quality ensured that we did not just move into a house, but into our home.
